Return Policy Answers 1. What is yor return policy? At Dexter our product quality and your gift purchase experience are 100% guaranteed. Every product you purchase from Dexter or any of our catalog must be free of defect. If you're ever dissatisfied with any item purchased from , contact us within 30 day of purchase and we will make it right. You may choose to return it for replacement, store credit to your account, or a simple refund - it's your choice. All non-defective product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. All returns must have return authorization (RMA number), and a copy of the purchase Invoice or Packing slip from Dexter. All returning items must be returned in good condition, in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories. All return items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. E-mail us for RMA number or questions (Please include your order no. and reason for return). Please note that our manufacturing design change from time to time. Hand-painted and/or hand-crafted items may vary slightly in color or size when compared to photographed samples shown. Figurines, carvings and other hand-painted items are created by various artists, making these products truly unique and one-of-a-kind collectors' items. We have no control over minor variations on the design, and reserve the right to fulfill orders with merchandise of equivalent value as received from their suppliers, or simply apply the credit to your account.
